assuming Iam rebel and it will be in blueprint form?

You can buy one...if you can find someone who will sell....which is unlikely....but you will not be able to fly it unless you have done the quest for it yourself. Just do what I did...go undercover as an Imp for a few hours and do the quest...the switch back!
