Does the escort through Endor on the final mission before kessel ever end? Its been at least 40 min of tedious horror. Dear god make it stop!!!

yes but remember there are gong to be 3 missions for the last mission the escort kill 2 gunboats and kill a few aces which is real easy for that one.

It does end. It just takes around two hours before it does. The mission should be named the Endor Marathon.

Ooooh! Three Agressors! A Decimator with two Advanced! A mixed group with two bombers! Repeating forever and ever, even after you log out!
I honestly wonder what the mission designers were thinking sometimes. You can take one escort that is over in two waves. Or you can end up in an escort like the ones in Smuggler's Alliance that just...go on, and on, and on.... After you've proved you can kill the ships, why do they have to keep throwing them at you?
