whats would the best ship be for a master reb pilot, NOT pob.

B-wing?firespray? heavy x-wing?

and can ships or components be destroyed so that they r completely useless, like when a rifle has 0 condition?

Depends on what your going to be using it for but the best multi roll ship would probably the heavy x wing.

Ship chassis decay to 10 points and stay like that forever.

I wouldn't say FireSpray is the best ship out there, it has a bigger ass than jabba as made for ships to pierce holes through.
The FireSpray is just a "Oooo coool" kind of ship that is about as useful as going terrain rallying in a Lamborgini... Seriously though, it's just nice to look at and it has a cool factor unlike any other ship, but that is all.

if I was a rebel pilot i'd cherish my X-wing for the rest of the game, it's a very powerful weapon. Especially if it's heavier such as the heavy x-wing, doesn't the cost of mass change the vehicle's maneuverability though?

And when it comes to the b-wing, People says it feels to weird and is hard to aim the cannons, I have never tried one myself.

The Heavy X-Wing is THE ship for Rebel pilots. You can use it at 4xxx pilot. The last mission to get it has you disabling a corvette and then protecting it from gunboats.

If you have great re parts the firespray rocks with 210 mass and two missole launchers that pack a big puch

I have Firespray and LOVE it, its just great to fly, and so powerful..

but saying that im yet to try heavy x-wing, but can see how it would help... I say both!

I have yet to encounter any ship that fits me as well as my Heavy X-wing does. I'm going to be sad when I go Imp tomorrow and have to leave it behind.

Depending on your flying style and collection of RE'd parts:

Actis/Bell-22. Both the best interceptors in the game, two gun ports, lots of mass, insane manueverability. Actis is smaller, but would require you to drop Rebel Pilot to get it.

Heavy X-wing - This thing puts the Y-wing LP and the normal X-wing to shame. An X-wing with 80k added mass, somehow by having a swollen cockpit. Yum yum.

Firespray - This thing is a joy to fly with the right parts, or so I've been told. As I've not currently finished my own set of Firespray parts, I won't comment on it.

Crixx, Xicrx and Crixxorian Darkmoon - Rebellion, Corsec and Imperial Ace Pilots respectively.

bwing and firespray are useless compared to the heavy x.

heavy x is good for when you need alot of firepower to speed up something thats not very dangerous; its the ultimate farming ship.

when you are doing something risky (like pvp) then you want something more survivable, like the ETA-2, b22, or awing (in that order).
