Thread: Target nearest enemy player
Better put the flame shield on, my friend, or edit your post quickly ![]()
No command that we know of, and most people are pretty vocal about that being a good thing. Prevents lazy pilots macroing the command.

LikeI said, this is a very hot topic. We've been over this a bunch of times (use the search, please), and no one has been able to locate thecorrect string(if it even exists as a UI command).
Nothing to see, move along.
I did use search, didnt find it ![]()
But thank you anyway, lets just let this one fall off the forum.

To reply to the original post, the command is /ui action cycleTargetInward that is the command on ground though. It might work in Space.

That's a generic targetting command, yes, but not the one he's looking for. He wants to be able to macro "Target Closest Enemy Player" which is different from just cycling valid targets inward.

There is no reason to flame for this. As I said, I rarely go up into space for anything other than pvp. Even when Im faction or loot farming, Im always hitting my darned button on the lookout.
Was just hoping for another way to do it, so I dont have to wear-out my key lol.
Its cool, don't worry about it
The original "lazy" comment wasn't directed at you, but at the people who would use the macro as an easy way out.
Lots of pilots are very touchy about it (especially the PVPers
), which is why I warned you about incoming flames.
