It doesnt have to be uber but a slight tweak up in stats would be welcome. And i disagree with the just widening of the ranges the top of the line stuff has been brought down in my opinion a little to far down

Until I find a Level 8 Sheild under 30k mass, I'm going to say Loot has been whacked by the nerf-bat.

If that's the case, then how can you explain someone looting a 48xx-damage L10 about two or three weeks back (that wasn't the Beamrail)?

Is it just me or has the quality of most space loot fallen to a point of useless. I go through duty after duty and end up selling 90% of it. The stuff i do keep is barely adequte. Id like to see a slight uptweak of the loot stats.

The devs are making up for the 500 pieces of uber loot that I have from before the loot nerf.


You used to be able to loot great stuff from tier 1, 2 , and 3 craft.

The Devs haven't nerfed space loot.

What they've done is broaden the ranges.

Back in "the day," I NEVER saw an L6 engine with less than 60.0 YPR or 5x.x speed. Now I see them all the time.

So I suppose you COULD call it a nerf, but I think they'd just call it "making uber loot much more rare."

Looted a 69.5 pre-RE pitch L6 last night, so it seems to still work. I just had to loot about ten L6s to get one like that worth keeping.
