was wondering if anyone has this tree and how you like it, was thinking of training for it, got me 4 points left.

Try the FS forums.
FS vehicle control has no effect on piloting at all.

Fairly Certain it only works for ground vehicles.

but to answer, once you get tier 4, it really is nice, acceleration si much better and turnign radius is slcied in 1/2 or so
