Imps have two options.
Rori station teir 3 destroy duty.
Imquisiition Teir 4 Capture and Escort duty.
For obvious reasons the only teir 4 mission isnt exactly abundant with the FP.

Meanwhile rebs have a very nice teir 4 destroy duty in Yavin4. An inspiration buff, and your raking in the FP hand over fist. Its about as good as going to DS, might even be slighlty better, not sure, never compared the two vs time spent.

I love the rebel duty mission - my alt on Starstrider is a rebel. Very fast, nice quick kills, I would call it faster than Deep Space. Less risky too, since it's far less likely that someone is hunting for you while you're trying to faction. Only time I've come across overts they were running missions in the area.
Rebels also get the best Black Sun mission, out of Nym's. Lucky little buggers!
Not a gripe, but I can't stand the Imperial duty missions. The Black Epsilon one is really slow to get going, starting with single waves and it felt like the waypoints were much farther apart. Storm Squadron is mostly light fighters, so poor xp. Inquisition isn't too bad, but if you're not Inquisition getting to the retreat for the mission can be an issue. Ah well, at least we still have the cooler ships!

I woudlnt call that entirely accurate. When i go overt and go hunting, Yavin4 is one of the first systems i visit. Mainly cause i know thats where id go if i were a rebel pilot. Amazingly enough, i never find anyone there. I guess the majority just assume go to DS for their FP grinding.
Fair enough, I guess I do the same on Bloodfin.
But my rebel pilot on Starstrider has always gone unmolested.
