Well I think I may have finally gotten enough good engines to make a pvp lvl 8 engine. Let me know if I can compete with this engine.
Unfortunately I don't have the Nym's starmap quest engine yet so I am using the reward lvl 8 engine for a base.
Armor 858.48
Top speed 92.925
Yaw 76.23
Pitch 76.545
Roll 78.59
Mass 23,202.745
Reactor drain 1478
Now these figures would be POST RE. Assuming my calculations are correct at %5 bonus applied to all stats except reactor drain.

Pretty Nice Lvl 8..
I have one pretty similar, 75/75/74 pyr with an 84 speed and 21k mass.. though the pyr's I have only gave it a 1.3 on the ship component screen..*shrug* think I had that with my lvl 6 engine..

Those are some very nice stats, especially the roll.
If I was you, I'd set aside the engine with the roll stat, and use something closer to the others. Save the roll one for when you do get a nice Nym's reward engine, because you're probably never going to see a stat that high again ![]()
Other than that, will make a decent PVP engine, especially if you can run EO4.

Save a engine like that for a decent speed one.
Try and find a good QID with high 90's speed.

That roll is truly nice.
I only have two 74.1s at the moment - one for yaw, the other for roll. Now I won't touch anything until I get at least a 74.x for pitch.
Of course, I'd recommend getting a lower drain, because if you adapted the 5% RE bonus to that 1478, you're gonna be disappointed when it comes out of the tool still at 15xx something.

If you havent already, DON"T RE that engine just yet.
Get a QID with a high top speed first. Be patient its worth it.

Bawarr wrote:Yeah unless you know lots of people who dont like space its going to be damn hard to get a 'good' engine (as in a 'is this a good RE' job). I know it took 4 tries till i got a passable QID, although if youre the luckiest person ever you might get a beaut first time.
Only did it once and got a 101.x that Im pretty happy with.

Who the heck is Anosa btw?
Ruh roh.. did i start that? Oh boy im gonna have both Treena and Leaph chewing me a new one now.
It's a good thing that Treena is on vacation and away from the game this weekend, huh?
Although Bria can't be the entirety of the explanation for all of Anosa's problems.
