Whats up with emergency weapons 4? I learned astromotech 4 and i tried ew4 out and it kept saying my weapon was disabled and my weapon and capacitator or perfectly fine. If its a bug when are they planning on fixing it?

you overloaded your reactor to the point that it can't support the energy usage. you need to run a reactor overload first.
