if they allow us to control them ide say nebulon-B frigates and Corellian corvettes would be in order possably black sun ships if there are any......... and we all know how SOE loves to claw at the clone relics.

I've heard from many sources that Capital ships are in the works for the future. Anyone have an idea how neutral pilots will work into this scheme?

Any speculations?

Hm, or maybe an Eclipse class super star destroyer. If we thought the ISD lagged now wait till we see this baby in action.

That thing would barely fit in a zone

Dont get me wrong though, it would be awesome to see rebels get pwnd by it. Imagine if all its turrets were like Vette guns.

I wonder if we'll see some of the old Republic battlecruisers come into play. If you think about it, they'd be just about the perfect size and design (just to keep 'em rare, make surethey're a usable but not overpowered relic). That, and they definately have style; it seems a lot of the current SWG cargo transports have similar overall design too.

And to clarify, I'm not talking about a clone relic battlecruiser... I'm talking about the really old one's you see crashed on the surface of Mustafar - the sort that predate Palpatine's era by a significant amount.

I think the captial ships will be ones that we already see in the game like the gunboats although they are borderline capital ships.

Well the video clip in the PILOT FAQ was of course sided with the IMP's but had the vette as player controlled. So I'd dare say SD is not gonna be in there. No hint at all about neutral. There were rumors of a 3rd faction some time ago, and in Beta they did have a 3rd criminal faction associated with Jabba. /shrug ...again all speculation.

There are some cool looking cruisers in game - Dark Eclipse is one. That warlord you shoot down prior to the cyssc mission. And one of the SA missions has you escorting a really cool unique ship. My bet would be cap ships will be chosen from models already in the game, with the possible addition of a small cap ship like the Nebulon B.

Can I be the first to bust out laughing and rolling on the floor? Or would it be better to cry, because they probably will be relics, and more overpowered and populous than the Actis?

Id have to admit. Id love a Republic Cruiser, those are beatiful ships =) Given the choice between that or a smaller imperial cruiser id prolly choose the Republic Cruiser. (If I couldnt have at least a Victory Star Destroyer)
