What's yours? Mine would have to be when some of your forces are "on the run" form opposing forces and you have to rescue them and a huge battle unsues and you emerge victorius, and bloddy but extremely jittery cause of the adrenaline rush. like the 3rd tier 4 mission for SS is you must help a Imperial Gunship and 5 Interceptors fight off 2 Rebel gunships and 10 fighters. Wow was that one fun, beat on my first try too. Launch a bstrike2 at one gunboat and fight the other one while doing droid commands as fasta as you can, nothing beats it, except maybe watching the gunboats broadside each other, that was pretty cool.

last part on BE where you fight the 3 jedi pilots, pure ownage. i actually got pissed becuase they went down easy.

Any mission except the escorts.

It's not a faction pilot mission, but rather a space station mission. I can't remember the name of the mission, but you get it from the Talus space station (and you have to be a Smuggler). It's quite a fun quest that has you smuggling different items to different locations, while every once in awhile you get attacked by enemy ships who are trying to stop you.
The mission is extremly fun and really made me feel like a Smuggler. Too bad that station only had two missions...
