i'mm 3322 right now, with the XP for 3333.. and I havea few questions...

What is the best freelance pilot ship, mass wise?

And how is the Vaiskai (sp?)?

Also, does the Vaiskai require any ground fighting?

Thanks a lot guys, I know I should surf the FAQ for my questions, but i'm kind of strapped for time.

Okay, first off, Tier 3 boxes are all mission-based. You don't need any XP for 'em.

Mass-wise, the Krayt gunship has the most for a freelance pilot.

The Vaksai is supposed to be an awesome ship, one of the few that are PvP-capable for Privateer pilots. Never flown one myself. The quest for it is all space-based; no ground-pounding required, though you do have to go dirtside a few times to talk to Emya.

If you have a shipwright that will help you balance out a ship, I'd go with the dune lizard.

I've known quite a few people who have used it to completely master the profession once they got it.

I have even taken it out when i've helped people do the vette.
