Thread: Overt access to Kesssel for Freelancers

I'm a freelance pilot and a ground Imperial.
I used to go to be able to go overt in space at an Imperial station and then access Kessel via the neutral last nav station. Now every time I declare I'm unable to access Kessel. Is this broken or is it now working as intended ? I was never able to access Deep Space overtly as a Freelance pilot but Kessel never used to be a problem.
Has this been changed or am I bugged ?

As long as I play the moment you declared in space you needed to use the factional station for kessel access (unlike deepspace access this method works as you do not need to trade in prestige points that you can't have).
