I am wondering if can you do the teir 3 missions again, after you completed them?

Only if you start all over from the bottom. That means retiring your pilot and re-enlisting. Not sure if it's worth it.

After you master your first you get X2 xp for the second, X3xp for the third (I have heard on the third, but have not done more then 2 on either of my characters). And the second time around the first few tiers will be much easier as you "know the drill" then. I know of a bunch of pilots that remaster after a while and found it to be very quick to do

When you get master, you can go back to any trainer of the same faction, and get missions.
Example: i went smugglers alliance but have done the teir4 RSF blacksun duty mission 5 times now... mainly for the moola, but the loot is good as well... and the helmet wud just be plain icing on the top
( that is if i cud actually loot one with my luck)

A Clear Answer:
1. Once completed with a trainer that gives Duty Missions, you can return to them and take any Duty Mission they offer.
2. If you want to "redo" the Gated Missions, you will need to DROP the tier, and start it over. You may do one box or an entire tier, or heck, the entire tree this way if you want.
3. Equipment!!!! While you will be unable to use any ship in your datapad you are not certified for (and unable to redeed it until you can if it has equipment on it!), any ship you are certified for you can use -- including any equipment which is already installed on it. Even if you are not certified to use it.
4. You cannot re-install it if you remove it!

I thought you could only drop the entire profession? If you have dropped a single box or tier (never tried) that would be nice to know.

Pilot Boxes have the same "Surrender Skill to recover 0 Skill Points" message as all other skilltrees.

You can only drop the entire profession. If you try to surrender a single box, it will send you to the coordinator for your pilot group and put you through a surrender the entire prof dialog. No backing up, all or nothing. (yes I've done it)
