I decided to take mine up again recently (hadn't flown it in a month or two) - the graphics on it are...off... parts looked to be floating in mid-air... Anyone else seen this lately?

Yes, widely reported bug that has been around since ROTW went live.

Certain gun graphics line up right though, just like the B-22 belly gun.

It should still fire correctly though, it'll just look funky.
