I was wondering if anyone else has run into this and if there is fix.
Basically when I am programming my droid computer (Level 4) with droid command both chips and my own (Imp pilot 3333 with some privateer chips). It seems that the darn computer will hold all but one command and no matter how many timesI land it won't take the command.
It will vary on the command actualyl as well the first time all I was trying to do was put in engine overdrive 3 in a level 3 computer. I finally decided to break down and upgrade to a level and this time I lost capacitor overcharge 3.
Now as a note I have filled it to brim with command so I'm not sure if that will affect it as well.
Any ideas here? I'm about to throw the darm computer out.

Each chip has a 'volume' (not in game currently, so I may get terminology wrong) just as your flight computer has a 'volume'. Higher level chips take more memory space, hence the benefits of using higher level flight computers. They simply hold more.
If you'll examine your chips you'll see the details of what I'm talking about.

Yeah you need to pick and choose which commands you load in. You're level four computer won't take everything you're trying to load in.
Some basic suggestions would be to lose the any of the normalization programs. For instance, I use reactor overload. I typically load this thing up when I launch and then never worry about setting it back to default (and if I really wanted to back to default for some reason, I'd just go repair or use an emergency thrust).
Hope that helps.

I think at lvl 4 I used cap to shield shunt 3, weapon overload 3 and capacitor overload 3.
I might be wrong, it's very, VERY late for me.

Eh, sorry, wrong thread.
To make this a productive post, at level 4 I used all the basic Free Lance ones. RO3, CAP3, and Shield Shunt 3.

A level 4 flight computer has a capacity of 110. Level 3 programs occupy 20, level 4 occupy 25. EO3, RO3, WO3, CO3, CtSS3 will occupy 100 of that capacity, they should all fit. Try doing this:
1. Clear all your Imp programs from the FC and commit it.
2. Program your Freelance chips (RO3, CO3, CtSS3) into the FC and commit it.
3. Program your Imperial programs (EO3, WO3) into the FC and commit it.
They should all fit. In fact, RO4 and CtSS4 should fit. The program interface is a little buggy and sometimes you think you have room when you do not. I have lost a few programmed chips this way.
See http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=pilot&message.id=32946 for complete droid details.
