Thread: Tier 4 Trainer??

Hi Folks!
Sorry if this is a repeat, stupid noob question. I've looked and can't seem to locate an answer though. I'm a Privateer Pilot that just completed all of the Tier 3 skills working with the lady in the Lucky Despot on Tat. Do I REALLY need to start Jabba's Themepark to get inside and talk to my Tier 4 Trainer??? Please....say it ain't so!!!

Jabba's palace is tier 3 for Smuggler's Alliance. There's a thread about gaining access about three pages back.
