Ok, i can burn chips now, but who do i have to go to to burn cap to sheild shunt? I don't think i have that one.

Privateer pilots provide Cap to Shield Shunt.

Buy some unprogrammed droid command modules from a DE, find a privateer, and have them program those commands into a couple of chips.

Or, you could visit a few SW shops and see what they've got, seeing as many carry programmed chips.

I have the chips, i just need to find a freelance pilot. Rebs have anything worth burning?
