Usually, when my guildmates and I go out into Kessel to shoot Tier 5 Rebel fighters, we see the Rebel Corvette at least twice (sometimes right on top of us as we exit hyperspace into the system). There are a few static waypoints that I have in my datapad for reliable spawn points where I've also seen it show up when I've gone out with others to help them get their Ace status, and usually just in the course of being out in the system, I run across the Star Ravager at least once.
Tonight, I did not see ONE Corvette. Not the Imperial Corvette, not the Rebel Corvette. We had each possible spawn and despawn point camped and we had people flying back and forth between them every so often to be sure we didn't miss it... nothing. We were there for almost three hours straight, so by the math we should have run across at least one of them in that time, if not two.
The really strange thing was that at one of the points- the one where you jump into Kessel and it's occasionally right on top of you- there was a strange spawn of Rebel ships on a spaced out timer. Usually two or three fighters, and always two (or one time, three) Rebel Gunboats *right* on top of each other. I have a screenshot of one set where the two Gunboats look like they're on a tight follow of one another, and are basically spinning in circles in space around each other for no particular reason.
Is it possible these were the escorts for a Rebel Corvette that failed to spawn... which is why they're freaking out once they enter the system, and following each other in circles? Has anyone else actually seen either Corvette out in Kessel today? Because I'm just wondering how totally unlucky we'd have to be to get out there and wait three hours in all the usual locations, and scour the rest in the meantime, and not see either of them... but to see this kind of weird behavior out of some of the other spawns in the meantime.
Edited to include that we're on Radiant server, because that might be nice to know.

We stole it.
Yours, and 4 others just like it, are in Ahazi's Kessel as we speak...
Would be nice though to have the Star Ravager stick around longer than 7 minutes, respawn, and do it over again, then not show up for another 45mins...

They are on about a 2 hour timer, if a few things happen. One is the "fleet" that spawns with either vette is destroyed. One of the wiers spawns you saw might have been a fleet handing around at the exit and therefore no spawn.

Well, the weird thing about the spawn was that it was two gunboats right on top of each other, and when destroyed two more would respawn... and target each other, and circle each other. Kind of like when you're in space and you set to /follow your friend without realizing they're set to /follow you, so you fly in circles until you realize it and one of you breaks off, only the AI did it to itself instead of setting off on the pre-designated patrol paths they usually follow. When I killed one the other started in on the patrol path though. It was bizarre.
Now I hear that someone's spotted them, so maybe we just hadn't cleaned up the last of the fleet that had been part of the previous Vette's trip through or something. Next time we'll try that first.

When you see 2 gunboats in kessel flying around in circles around each other, that's generally the despawn point of the Corvette. If you take out the Corvette and don't take out the gunboats, they will fly around in circles like that. They are part of the Corvette escort and the thing will not spawn until they are gone, so take em out as soon as you get the chance.
We got into Kessel last night, the Corvette was destroyed right as I entered the system. We took out the escorts and almost immediately got another spawn. We downed it, destroyed the gunships, boom 2 more spawned in. Let me tell ya what, when you've taken out turret 5 on both corvettes, and suddenly they start flying some weird patter where they're covering each others' undersides, and the gunboats are doing something more than just flying alongside, it gets to be a tough mission. Both were still destroyed though.

I was sitting in Kessel on Starsider for about 4 hours waiting for it to spawn and no dice. Sat out there from 9pm to 1am. Super pissed.

On scylla whether it is destroyed or not, it seems to be spawning on even numbered hours Pacific Time plus 20-30 min. Been out there for 4 master missions in 2 weeks and it has been this way
