Nope - 98.9 is the highest I've looted since they mysteriously seemed to stop dropping.

never looted anything higher than a 89 ever.. lol.. and I farm kessel and ds all the time been ace since week 1 of launch.. where are you boyz getting these from.. lol ?
Second point since the new patch I've found that all the loot has been farely toned down abit.. even weapons lv 7 im not getting anything higher than 2.3k damage.. usually there nearer.. 2.6 - 2.9k.. it not just cannons.. all the loot seems to be toned down for the lv that it is.. ??

I hope not. I'll have to check while grinding FP in Deep Space.
Man, I really wish that they'd change the Shipwright schematics to be equivalent to good loot rather than nerfing good loot to the level of crafted components. 
If Shipwrights could make components that were as good as the better loot drops, then people wouldn't be afraid of decay as much and we'd have more business.
edit: It's not a problem with lower level reactors, shields at all levels, and armor. But we REALLY need to be able to craft weapons, capacitorsand enginesthat can compete with the loot drops. Being both a Pilot and Shipwright, I think it's better to increase the power inherent to the schematics rather than to nerf loot drops.

I run the largest space loot vendor on Starsider, and I farm Dathomir and Deepspace for loot very heavily. The fastest engine I've looted since the nerf is a 93 speed level 10 engine, and that's out of literally hundreds of engines. If you plan on using a level 6 engine, the current 79 speed reward engineis the best I've seen since the nerf. As for level 8 engines, the 88 speed Nuetral reward engine is the best I've seen for that level since the nerf.

I have an REd 86 speed level 6 engine, and that's only a month or so old!
seriously though I have bad trouble looting any decent weapons etc. which is really annoying as all the old aces have really good stuff, and im stuck with relative crap (living in the UK JTL came out much later!), its bloody annoying never being able to catch up with them simply because its impossible now 
and as a shipwright, I too would like to see crafted items become better, hell even if its onyl with really good resources, at least we will be able to sell things that are competative with loot drops.

Best engine I've looted since that patch is a level 10 with 95-96 speed, don't remember the exact number. Closest after that was an 88.5 level 10. I have pilots bring me stuff to RE a lot, and I don't think I've seen an engine above 90 that wasn't either a pre-nerf reward or brought to me by Imaridril, so given the current state of engines, I'd agree with his assessment that post-nerf reward ones have very usable stats.
