I am a Rebel. Are there missions that I can do with my Imperial buddies such that we all can get XP?

Find a neutral to get missions against pirates, black sun, and ewoks. OK, well ewoks don't fly but you get the idea.

Many trainers from both sides give faction-neutral Duty missions (You can take missions from trainers besides the ones on your Pilot path). Most Space Station missions are also faction-neutral (though not all), while many systems have large spawns of pirates and other scum that all Pilots can attack and earn Exp.

Thanks. The few neutral guys I tried would only give missions to neutral pilots. I thought they might all be like that. I'll keep poking around I guess.

Since I'm a neutral pilot, I can't say whether this will work for rebels, but I did some missions for the station at Dathomir, and ended up being able to take black sun duty missions from there. Unfortunately, it's only the "bosses" that are level 4, rest are level 3, but if you can get them then all factions should be able to take part.

Maybe someone can confirm whether these are just available to neutral or not?

I wasn't very clear on what I meant, so let me explain. A Vortex Rebel Pilot will only be able to get Duty missions from Rebel Pilot Trainers, but is not restricted to Vortex Trainers. If (s)he could find Trainers from the other two Rebel Flight Paths, those Trainers would give missions, which may mean a wider variety of enemy targets. Same with the other space Factions, so if you have an Imperial and Rebel working together, there are six Tier 3 and six Tier 4 Trainers that would be willing to give one or the other Duty missions. Some of those are bound to be targets like pirates, rather than Factional, so that both Pilots could participate.
