Yeah...teir 3 missions are confusing they are all about 8 missions in one so when you accomplish the kidnapping you will still have more to do to complete the mission so either pay attention to the messages that pop up on the screen they will tell you to go onto another waypoint...also if you don't catch the message always check your datapad it will always tell you where to go...also this also gives you an indicationif you are done withthe mission or not. the nice thing is that you don't need points for teir 3 everytime you finish the mission you get to train and it doesn't use xp...so you get to use them for teir 4. The missions in tier3 and 4 change into multipart strings. Once you complete a leg, read the message carefully, and look in your journal. Often they are sending you somewhere else, or you need to wait a few moments for further instructions. Only when you see a message that ends with "return home" "return to base" etc are you truly finished.
