I tried to look this up around the forums, the search system is stuffed atm however I found out that you need a (quest) badge in order to deed/re-deed this ship... I really want to get this ship as it seems ideal for going flying with guildies.

The problem is: I'm Imperial and don't fancy dropping all my rank etc etc to go Rebel, I'll soon have the cerification to fly it (4000), and yes Imperial pilot has the cert for it - yet I will lack the badge.

So is it possible to datapad-to-datapad trade the ship from someone? And if that worked would I be able to fly it when I reach 4xxx Imp pilot without the quest badge?

Thanks

Damn looks like I'll have to drop from Imperial Colonel to Rebel Private and then back again after I finish the quest

What a jip, is the ship really worth the hassle?

rebels have to do the same for the JSF and that's probably a better ship, don't feel too bad...

It depends on why you want it. If you're looking for a performance combat fighter, the answer is no. Its a three man bird, and the pilot weapon is an overly wide wing mount that will give you no end of headaches trying to hit targets smaller than a Ixy or a B-Wing.
