I'm a new player to the game and am trying out the pilot profession.

I was recently doinga quest from the Yavin Space Station

I don't remember the exact name of the quest, but it was to disable and board a ship to rescue the hostage. The hostage then repairs the ship and you are supposed to escort it to safety.

The problem is the ship got destroyed when i was escorting it.

Is there any way to restart this quest and try again?

I tried landing and that didn't fix it, when i talk to the space station to get the quest again he just refers to another one.

Is it a problem that i failed that mission?
