I haven't really grinded in space until now...what is better as far as capacators go a lower recharge rate or a higher right now mine is:
Armor 161.8
Hit 484.2
Drain 1409.4
Mass 5978.0
Cap Eng 780.7
recharge is 22.4
What I am looking at is
288.0
575.9
1399.5
6150.0
1125.7
35.3
someone said I should forget it because the recharge rte is lower than the one I have now.

The only numbers I look at are mass and cap charge, mostly, I look at mass, and fit the smallest one I can find with the best charge. Once you've got that, if your netural, use the Capacitor Overload droid program, or if your not, find a neutral pilot to get it from.

ok, but I still would like to know which is better higher or lower recharge rte to get my chg back faster....

Higher recharge rate is beter, it recharges the capacitor energy faster

Higher recharge rate = better ... so the second one you posted stats for
