So what else is new, why do they have a CSR team, they dont help people? I mean what is the point I dont know why I even summit bugs or go to the chatany more. I mean aCSR could come look at my character see the dang master tag on my name and give me the badge. I mean all I want is what I earned and all I get form the CSR " it's a bug", well duh I know that? So anyone got any ideas since the CSR doesnt see to every want to help the customers? Well thanks for any help from the player base casue it certain that SOE doesnt give a rip about the customer.

Calm down there Sparky, I didn't mention anything about using /respec on pilot skills. There's been a bug floating around from what I gather, that won't give you your badge while you can still /respec.
Not sure about the ins and outs of it as it never applied to me, but you might try searching for it and see what you can dig up.

Yup this is definately your problem m8. I still have the respec option and as soon as it goes you can expect to receive your badge! This was put in force to stop badge collectors from expoliting the respec period.

But don't go wasting your token respec, the problem will get fixed in publish 20, which is scheduled forin a few days, and you'll be able to get master badges even while able to respec

There's ups and downs to CSRs. Don't get me wrong, I'm just as frustrated as everyone else by them. But when it comes to knowing specifics about the game, that's a lot of info. Heck, I spend a lot of time on these forums and I STILL don't know everything there is about JTL. So a CSR who's expected to work for the entire game knows even less. Odds are the CSRs are reacting to some instruction that says, "Don't give out badges."
Now, mind you, that still doesn't excuse cut 'n' paste answers, long ticket times, and their general refusal to do anything. Just saying, don't fault them for not knowing something.

Sort of related, but I got my TIE fighter stuck in an asteroid (don't ask how, I really don't know) and a minute after I submitted a ticket, I got CSR assistance. So, they can be helpful; don't bash them out of hand.

I not bashing them out of hand, I speaking as a person been in game a long time and based on many tries at getting help. The CSR standard asnwer is to file a ticket and then the CSR who answers ticket tells you tuff.
PS dont assume I am bashing them out of hand......out of hand....thank you.

Be careful on the way you word what you send them. Try to make sure your problem is stated very clearly stated. Sometimes they may not understand your problem (trust me it happens). Also be as polite as you can, if you don't want to be polite just don't be rude.
