I started grinding pilot a couple weeks ago. Started at the Imp Pilot trainer on Talus in the Imperial Outpost. Filled up whole first tier and he sent me to the next rrom to the short guy. Filled up all tier 2. So my template is now 2-2-2-2. I then went on my own to grind and now have 200k XP to put towards any of my next skills. However, when I go back to my current pilot trainer, he doesnt let me train. He only offers me dutie missions, and wont tell me to go to another trainer. What am I supposed to do? I cant train and therefore cant advance my pilot skills. Someone please help me.

Its a bug (one of the thousands), the stupid bothan will not send you to your next trainer, you have to take it apon yourself to find your next trainer, which is on Yavin 4 (Imperial base) 4064 -6195. Just go talk to him. This happened to me a few days ago.

I went to the guy on Yavin 4, and he first said "Well if it isnt another Imperial Navy pilot. How can I help?" Then I replied with the only option besides Stop Conversing, "Id like to request a mission". And he says, "Well I wouldnt normally do this, but come to think of it I do have a few duty missions blah blah blah". More duty missions. Am I supposed to do these or what? Or is there a different pilot trainer I go to first.

That may be it. I'm not sure. Tier 4 works like Tier 2. Fill a box (either on duty missions or just random flying), get trained, then get a mission. Repeat until you're finished with Tier 4.

Is there a CSR by any chance who can tell me if I m bugged or not? That would totally SUCK if I couldnt advance any further because of some bug.

Tier 3 is all missions and quests. It is intended for group based flying. When you complete a quest he gives you, it is really hard, he will train you in a box of your choice. This continues until tier 3 is complete. Then with the exp you saved up during this tier you should be able to train some tier 4.

All three Imp Squadrons have tier 3 trainers at the Imp Outpost on Yavin4. The one you want is the guy in the little building closest to where you spawn after landing.

Inquisition's trainer is at the Emperor's Retreat for Tier 3. Also for Tiers 2 and 4. They only go to Yavin on missions.

Hmm, ok. So far I've only done Storm and Black Epsilon. Who's that guy that stands outside what looks like a structure factory and basically tells you to "get lost" if you try to converse with him?

If I'm thinking of the right guy, he's someone that Inquisition pilots have to question. He's not a trainer, just an NPC we talk to.

No, your trainer is in a building, right next to the starport entrance. He will have a name followed by "Black Epsilon Trainer"
make sure you get the right guy, because Storm Squadron also has a trainer there as well, in addition to the "contact" for the inquisitors.
