Is there anyplace i can get tier 5 duty missions? Someone said try the RSF guy at theed but he wanted nothing to do with me bacause im a rebel heh. Anyone have any ideas?

There are Tier 4 duties available from any of the rebel T4 trainers, I believe there's a list in the FAQ.

The only T5ish missions come from the ships in Kashyyyk space, after you finish either the RG TIE, heavy X-Wing, or Vaksai. You'd have to search for it, I'm not sure who you talk to for those.
