wha?... the first tier 4 mission, after you grind 2 tier 4 boxes? So you mean 4443?

That's it. Then in the next one you get the haor-chall mil grade engine which isn't too bad either.

Heh, I'd had the same thought I'm doing all 9 squads with my alt, so along the way, I was going to find the easiest reb/privateer squad and just grind up to the box that gives the borstel/tricannon, then drop pilot and start again

I think the last Tier 4 rebel mission. I remember there was a Pilot Rewards list somewhere around here, I have no idea why it isn't stickied.
