Thread: Trouble with the second Teir 2 Smugglers Aliance Mission

So I did the first step and got to the second WP. But nothing Tier 3 spawned, just a bunch of Tier 4 stuff. And even when I happened upon a Tier 4 ship that had the part I needed, the quest didn't update. Is this bugged, or am I having a bad day?

Use your quest journal to be sure you get the correct cargo from the correct ship, and all will be go.
