After I finished my missions in Mos Espa he told me to report to Major Ekat group in Yavin 4 but I can't find him. Could somebody help me out here. Where do I go next?

I had the same problem.

He'a in a small building to the right of the exit out of the Labor Outpost, when you are facing outwards. He's standing behind a desk right as you go in the door.

I thought it was Major Eker ... maybe I should go back and look to make sure sometime...

Yup, he is Major Eker and he is an Imperial deserter now on the side of the Rebel Alliance.

Do you really expect him to be standing at the startport shouting "All Rebel Pilots, come here for your top secret missions!"?
