K, is there a way to target the the enemies engine so your target will stop moving and you can grind easier and faster?

yes, use [ or ] to target different systems, this becomes very useful

the 2 keys that cycle through the choices (one cycles forward, the other cycles backward) of components by default are

personally I have the key remapped to my joystick button so I automatically click the button to cycle to the Engine.

so the [ and the ] keys cycle through the list of choices of parts of the ship to attack huh...This should make killings things allot more simple.
