Ok so a friend and I were planing on dropping or squadruns and start up a new line. He did and as he was going through his first couple quest he noticed that he had -56K Exp, as I was in the process of droping I quicklyu stoped so that this bug would not happen to me. So the question is is the a fix. Is this something a Dev/CSR will notice in his Bug report or will be need to help him grind out these negative points? Thanks for the info.

He had an inspiration buff at the time he dropped... he lost 110% of his xp. No, the CSRs will not fix this... he has alot of grinding to do to get out of the hole.

The good news is that Pub20 is supposed to fix this for the future.

So either wait until your inspiration buff wears out or wait for Pub20 before dropping your pilot.

Some CSRs will fix, some won't. They are ALL supposed to fix it no questions asked, since it is posted in the Known issues article. If a CSR tries to tell you that it is "as intended" point them at the known issues, and tell them where they can park your ship, cos that's all they're good for when they're that slow.
