I'm currently 3-3-3-2. I'm using a bomber. What ship should I be using now? Also when I get 4-3-3-3 should I jump up to another ship? I have a JSF in my pack. Should I use that as soon as I can?
Thanks
Thanks

Never flown a bomber or Aggressor, If I were you I'd be in a TIE Interceptor.

Aggressors are pretty much worthless without another person. I hear that people are fairly fond of the TIE Advanced, though. Bombers are good ships, if you enjoy flying them. I found mine to be rather sluggish. I'm very much taken with my Heavy TIE Fighter. Although I'm starting to feel the strain of that singular gun slot against the gunboat at the end of my last mission. I'm toying with the idea of upgrading to a TIE Advanced, but I'm not sure I want to waste either the money or the resources on a ship I'll use for one mission. Once this gunboat is dead, I can go back to Kessel where I know my TIE Fighter can hold her own.

I would say it's a tossup between heavy Tie and Tie advance. The majority of your missions demand fast and agile if you intend to solo them. Untill you get to use the Imperial Guard Interceptor, JSF, Bubba-22, those are your best 2 choices. If your not trying to solo the missions then it realy doesn't matter what you use.
None of the above ships are worth the pixels that make them if you don't use the 4 overload + Cap to shield shunt droid programs.

Yeah, well I think I was flying an intercepter right before my bomber, it was fast I will give it that, but the low mass killed me. I find for the later missions its easier to have a bomber and be a bit of a tank with good weapons while sacrificing speed.

There is no such thing as being able to tank, atleast not yet and never with a fighter. Sacrificing speed and Yaw,Pitch, Roll for fire power will just give you a swift pod ride to the closest space station.

I did my whole master with bomber...a while back, not FOTW [hate that term btw]. Once you get used to the handle there isn't anything that can accomodate high end shields and weapons till master. Find the fastest engine you can for it and just move the throttle down to between 50-60% power. With overload programs you can take out any NPC ship in the game. I'mps get really gimped in mass. Unless you use a JSF, but that would be a waste in PvE. Yes. Agressors are a waste without gunner. More mass to pack in shields and armor, but one gun and handles very slugish...might as well stick with bomber. I like interceptor and Advanced but Neutral T1 ships have 30-50% more mass. The Empire wages a war of attrition and stresses quantity and speed over durabilty and quality. Great for the Empire but lousy for the individual pilot.
