I believe it was on a loading screen that I saw something about disabeling and docking with transports to steal their cargo. I have tried, and it 'appeared' successful, (system message stating cargo loaded). I had thought that the problem was that I didn't have a cargo hold loaded in my ship. I have corrected that and attempted again, same result. I landed and unloaded my cargo hold, and received a message that there was nothing in the cargo hold.

Am I doing something wrong? Or, is this bugged? Or, is it coming?

I won't start ranting (as you can see I post very very little), I'll leave that for the regular posters, but it would seem to me that if you have a feature that doesn't work or isn't supposed to, you wouldn't put a message for everyone to read on the loading screen.

I don't believe it's for the mining quest. I have completed that, and this seems more like <inspect> find something useful in their cargo, <disable ship>, <dock> to retrieve cargo on board.

I havn't recently tried to tractor beam cargo off ships, but I did when I was doing the mining missions, and it did nothing.
