Get rid of the badge requirement!

Come on, lots of things in the game are tradable, and if someone trades away their Jedi Starfighter, they will never, ever get a new one short of buying it from someone else or getting a new account. I don't see the exploitable risk here.

It would mean an easy, easy fix to the deeds not generating ships, even when the correct badge has been earned. In one case, I know someone who did the Royal Guard Interceptor arc, and got the badge for the heavy X-Wing! This has gone far enough.

Oh yeah, I have the correct badge but I STILL can't generate my new Vaksai. Come on devs, this is an easy fix and would hurt no one!
