Lt. Akal Colzet passed you on to Commander Oberhaur, who you'll find in the Bestine Capitol building. You will need to give him the authorisation of transfer that Lt. Colzet gives you, before he'll agree to accept you as a trainee.

I finished all my stuff for Lt. Aktal the Imperial pilot trainer or whatever his name is in Bestine a long time ago, and he told me to see someone else. Now that I want to start up pilot again, I don't know who to see and he won't tell me. Can anyone help?
