Is there any accepted progression I should follow? I know I have to fill out each box before going up a tier, but are there any advantages to going up 1 line over another?

Also, I was up in a friend's ship the other night and he had about as much stuff there as I do in my house. As a weaponsmith, I am always looking for storage options. How many items can a sorosub hold? How safe is it to leave it there? I don't want to store a bunch of resources there if they can get blown up with the ship.

Also, how safe is it to fly that thing? I go up in the fighter looking for trouble. If I just want to fly around will I get shot down or boarded?

Sorry about the lame-o questions, but I didn't see answers in the FAQ or any of the other links and the search option seems to be permanently disabled.

How many items can a [yacht/any POB ship] hold?

>75 items, and you don't know you hit the limit until it tells you that you can't store any more.<

How safe is it to leave it there?

>Pretty safe, it seems - I've never lost anything off a yacht.<

Also, how safe is it to fly that thing?

>You won't be aggroed in a Yacht, but you can't travel to Deep Space or Kessel in one.<

in terms of lines to progress: id suggest taking equipment first, then, possibly ships (unless your a rebel for the first tiers, and dont expect to have a friend willing to turret you, imo, y wing isnt very effective without higher level equipment due to its low manuverability)
