Ok, just put together a new tie. Installed all items, engine, chaff, sheilds, armor, etc. etc. Confirmed that everything is certified and installed and when I go to fire weapons I get nothing but a clicking noise. Everything elce works fine, Just not the weapons. I am only using light green lasers... Any one know what could be wrong..?

Make sure you installed a capacitor (dont laugh ive seen ppl forget this), and check your weapon grouping. For example if your using "Fire current weapon group", and the weapons are in group 1, but group 2 (which is empty) is the current group.

could be you dont have enough power for them and they got disabled check your reactor on the managment window to see if any of it is red. The clicking noise your getting usally means the system knows it there but it got disabled for some reason. also check the stats on the gun and see if it needs to be repaired.
oh ya what is he said check to see if you have everything installed to make it work

yup, most likely out of power
get a better reactor, or get a reactor overload 3 droid program chip

I was gonna mention that but normally you seen an onscreen message saying your weapons disabled. Kinda hard to miss that, so i figured maybe it was something else.

Let me know if that works. Looks like this has been striking a few pilots recently, so a known workaround would be handy.
Thanks guys.

I just encountered a simmilar problem.
My capacitor will not recharge and are stuck at 0/0. Everything is installed and at 100% condition. This is also a new ship build. I dunno whats up. I will try re-deeding I guess.
