Who and where do you talk to or start this quest at for the eta-2?

2. You go to Dathomir. Head to the POI, Nightsister Stronghold. Find the skeleton, loot it for a deed type item. Right-click on it to begin the quest.
3. Head to Kashyyk. At the spaceport, go down inside the nearby bunker. Talk to the Imperial Officer. Get the next step of the quest.

At one point you will need to be an Imp combatant (won't be able to target certain rebels until they aggro on you). However, if you're not a high level character (like not 80), I suggest starting the quest while NOT a combatant. It makes it so you ease through the first phase of the quest w/o firing a shot. The rebel surrounding the area just stand and stare at you while you escort the AT-ST. However, Phase 2 and Phase 3 might require you to be able to target and kill rebels before they aggro, so you need to be combatant for that. Phase 4 is a breeze if you're an ace pilot.
