I sure hope starsider lives up to the hype

My motivation for this inquery: Id very much like to move from a "heavily populated" server (bria) and move to a "lightly populated" server such as starsider. Im also primarly a JTL player and some of my ship parts represent months of looting. Id like to know whats up with character transfers so i can make a decision on it, and be fully informed.
