I ran the missions to get my heavy x-wing, and promptly got blown up trying to help a friend run the same mission. Since then, no more problems, and chassis is still at 1800 condition. However, it is inevitible thatthe condition will deteriorate eventually. Can I run the quest again to get another one, or is this a one time reward per account?

You can earn one for yourself once. It will never decay below 10hp under the current system, thus always usable, but no margin for error if you lose shields and armor. You could always buy another chassis later though. Freelance pilots are often getting 2 cracks at these ship missions, 1 for the vaksai, and one for whichever ground faction they are in. Means there should be a few available, if you know where to look.
