Thread: Heavy Scyk versus JSF!

Yes, I know the JSF is "teh ubar," but how do these two ships compare with in-game statistics? I know by skimming my inventory that the heavy scyk has more mass... but how much bigger is it than the JSF? Yes I know the JSF has two guns, but that aside, what else makes the JSF better than the Scyk?
I'm asking because I'm considering banking the JSF and flying the Scyk for style and originality.

by "larger" im assuming you mean the size of the hitbox. The scyk is larger in all dimensions, but not a lot. It has good profiles on front and back, and can be painted pretty dark to cut down on albedo too.

you can pack a bigger boomstick in the scyk!!!!
but then again you can put two little boomsticks in the jsf.

How about in their YPRs when fitted with identical engines? I didnt buy a Scyk yet.

as far as the f.a.q. says they both have identical stats for speed and ypr.
The only thing a heavy scyk has that a jsf doesnt is the basic pilot cert.
You can load the baby to the brim with high lvl parts drop your freelance and do another freelance with a bad mutha of a ship.

i love my heavy scyk 
it's the only thing i use right now (unless i'm mining, then i pull out a dunelizard)
