Just go to the regular "Program Droid" interface and you'll see the chips listed at the bottom. However, if you have the same problem I'm having, even though it will look like it loads when you click "commit", it won't actually be there. Does anyone else have this problem?

You need to load the chips first, then your normal programs that you know. For some reason it allows the chips to be added, but if they excede the memory capacity, they are thrown out and lost. But if you try and add your faction programs and the don't fit, it tells you you don't have enough room.
