must be combatant to retire. just like you were combatant when you were first admitted.

I click retire my status stays as rebel on leave I am still waitng for it to change and its been on all day. I talk to the recruiter again and he asks me if I want to join the alliance. I tried doing imperial missions to lose rebel points so I can join the imperials, but I never loose faction points. Am I doing something wrong?, I just want to leave the rebels and join the imperials.
