Hey everyone I am a shipwright on Eclipse and I recently made the following Mark V (Cert 9) capacitors, which would most people prefer to buy.
Drain 1273 (on all)
Mass 37900 (on all)
Capacity: 960.8 1116.4 1532.0
Recharge62.855.9 44.8

Sure you dont have the recharge backwards? If not Id...take the 1532 cap 62.8 recharge. Unless im reading it wrong

Ok 
In that case Id take the high recharge rate for a heated POB battle where quick cap to shield shunts are needed.

I don't ever use capacitors that are that heavy, except in a POB.

OK well my quick charge ones are
Mark III (cert 5)
Drain - 1167
Mass - 6071
Capacity - 720.8
Recharge - 48.8
Mark IV (cert 7)
Drain - 1221
Mass - 15153
Capacity - 839.3
Recharge - 53.9
Are any of those usefull or are looted that much better?

With reactor and capacitor overload chips you'll typically find pilots using very low level components in those two areas. Except for POB applications of course. An example of a decent lvl4 RE cap would look something like...
700+/- drain
3000+/- mass
1200+/- energy
mid 40's regen

My RE'd L10 in my B-Wing
Stats from memory
Drain 800
Mass 37000
Energy 1800
Recharge 59.2
I've seen a post with another RE'd L10
Mass 33000
Energy 1700
Recharge 63
I don't need the energy/regen to keep my guns firing, but with the sluggish B-Wing it's nice to have 3600 energy to shunt into the shields.

Myself, I wouldnt use any of those except for in a POB ship, far to heavy.
A good REed cap, or even an unREed looted cap have much lower mass, and not much lower energy and recharge.
