At Last, took me 1 hour to complete this mission.

and got a nice shield reward as well

Thanks to the devs for fixing this , but not to the evil CSR who told me it was my fault for days (so Patronising)

CSRs often times know less about the game than the players. They are only authorized to assist with certain "known" bugs in the game. Giving a free quest completion is not something they are allowed to do. The solution HAD to come from the developers, not the CSRs.

I dont remeber asking for a free quest completion

however

I remeber asking for conformation that a bug existed though
