I was messing around yesterday and decided to put together a LEGO version of the Rihkxyrk fighter. For those of you that aren't aware, LEGO makes a whole line of Starwars based sets, however no EU related sets yet. The Starwars setsare pretty fun to play with, and I've got a quite a few of them stored away in a box somewhere, however I put the Rihkxyrk model together in LDraw, so that I'd have access to any piece I might want. Anyways, here's a link to some pics of the model, in case anyone is interested. I might try doing the Ixiyen and Vaksai next.

You can get more info on LDraw at www.ldraw.org. LDraw in an of itself is a pretty old DOS program, and difficult to use, however you can use a frontend program called MLCAD to make it much easier to work with. This might sound a little confusing, but if you go to the LDraw link above, and click on the "Get Started" link on the left, followed by the "LDraw Tools Installer" link, it will help you setup everything you need.

LDraw might be better - but did you know you might be able to actually get Lego to SEND you your design, and if they REALLY like it, sell it?
