im all for the new pob components, but the shields are reaching 10k, and the caps have mad energy with 90 recharge, try surviving that blast

Everyone knows epulse is one of the things that needs to be adjusted, along with many other specials and droid programs, but near the top of the list. Our Issues list is kinda nebulous, but this item is there and has been a long time, there's no big secret.
