Thread: I'm In Terrible Trouble-Please Help Me!!!
Don't stop to fight. Fly as fast as possible when you get that waypoint, and head directly to it. If you are not fast enough to outrun the first wave of ships, then get past them, and IFFscramble.Keep running and dock as quickly as you can when you arrive.
Ifthis doesnt work for you, then try the samemethod with the addition of Droid Programs. Engine overload for speed (run before the mission begins) and Cap to Shield Shunt for defense. Personally I would waiton a droid if you dont have one already, since it's expensive and the droid you can get in the next tier will have enough storage to hold theideal programs for mastery, whilethis one will not be large enough.
I can't speak to this specific mission, but on many missions that include waves of enemies, I've found disabling their reactors and leaving them adrift will often forstall the next wave considerably. beyond that, I tend to duo every mission from tier 3 up.

If you are attempting to solo it, do not stop to fight, waggle your way to the drop off point and dock imediately. The waves do not stop untill you successfuly complete the docking.
Best advice is to find a wingman to pick off the fighter waves while you B-line it to the drop off. Again, do not stop to fight or you might overwhelm your wingman.
I used to get this feeling, but there is so much you can do that comes with knowledge and experience.
Better equipment (reverse engineered and high end crafted materials make a world of difference)
A droid is a must, with 4 overcharge programs (all set to III), and cap-to-shield-shunt (I use IV)
I recommend you read the forums, use the guides and tutorials, and practice. Until then, these kind of missions are best done in groups.
